Blood Orange & Chocolate Muffins

The soft, moist muffins offer a perfect balance of citrus and chocolate, making them a delicious treat for any time of day.

Ingredients:

  • 350g Self Raising Flour
  • 170g White Sugar
  • 50g Coco Powder
  • 2x  Eggs
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 100g Dark Chocolate roughly chopped
  • 150g Jamworks Blood Orange Marmalade

 Instructions:

    1. Mix self raising flour, white sugar, coco powder and roughly chopped dark

      chocolate.

    2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, milk and Jamworks Blood Orange Marmalade.

    3. Gently combine ingredients in both bowls together and stir softly.

    4. Grease and line muffin tray.

    5. Pour mix into muffin tray and bake at 160 degrees in a fan forced oven for 25 minutes.

    6. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

    7. Makes 8 large muffins.
