Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with 12 liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, Jamworks Apple Sauce, oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups (about ¾ full).
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy as is, or serve with butter or a drizzle of Jamworks Apple Sauce!
